Eastside Projects is governed by a Council of Management. This group is chaired by Paul Harrison (Artist and Lecturer) and it’s membership includes the Eastside Projects’ Directors and external advisors with expertise in contemporary art, education, finance and business. It meets quarterly and is responsible for overseeing the overall development of Eastside Projects, approving budgets and feeding into strategic planning.

We are currently expanding the COM and would like to invite an ESP member to join. This is an important role which will allow you to see, and impact on, how the organisation works and develops and you will need to commit to serve for two years. We are looking for a member who actively engages with the ESP programme and the gallery more generally. Shortlisted members will be informally interviewed by Gavin Wade and Ruth Claxton.
